Why use a professional

Trees, much like people, can thrive and add value to lives and property given the right care. Poor pruning can irreparably damage a tree's health and remove decades off its life.

A professional will be able to advise you of the best way to tackle your trees ('topping' and 'lopping' are not considered good practice).

Some trees are given legal protection by a TPO (Tree Protection Order), or are covered by conservation area law. Should this be relevant to your trees an application must be made to the LPA, failure to do this or abide by the decision could lead to prosecution and large fines.

A professional should hold and be happy to provide copies of relevant qualifications to prove their competence.

In the unlikely event of an accident a professional will have insurance in place to cover any damages. Rest assured we have £5,000,000 public liability and £10,000,000 employers liability in place.
